Headquartered in Nemuro, Hokkaido to promote eco-business by use of biotechnology and promotion of clean energy businesses, focusing on wind-power generators in Hokkaido.

The first wind-power station was built in Hanasaki area of Nemuro, which was the largest, most advanced power house, generating 1500kwh, and started its operation to sell 100% of generated electricity to Hokkaido Electric Power Company in October 2001. Several others wind-power plants were built in East of Hokkaido.
